The most important meal of the day!

Dining RoomSea air can make you very hungry indeed but we promise our breakfasts will not disappoint.

We use local produce wherever we can - our butcher has won prizes for his sausages at the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show and his bacon is cut thick and delicious.
Our egg supplier, free range of course, is also a prize winner.
If you prefer fish, we offer a scrummy plate of smoked salmon and creamy scrambled eggs.
We are particularly proud of our choices for vegetarians, especially Jen`s home made Glamorgan sausages which go down a treat even with carnivores.

Naturally, the usuals are all there for you to help yourself – a variety of cereals, muesli, yogurts (natural and fruit) fresh fruit, grapefruit, a compote of prunes and apricots, fruit juices.

Our coffee is always freshly brewed and we offer a variety of teas and as much toast (white or wholemeal) as you want.

Breakfast tends to be a very relaxed affair at Awel y Mor and a good opportunity to plan your day. Brian is always on hand to offer local knowledge, if you want it, and suggestions for places away from the usual tourist sites.
