Awel y Môr is a four star Victorian guest house in a stunning location overlooking the beautiful sandy estuary of the River Dyfi.
Aberdyfi (Aberdovey in English) is a very special place, unspoilt and picturesque, set in majestic mountain scenery. Our little village is on Cardigan Bay and within Snowdonia National Park.
We have welcomed visitors to Awel y Môr for nearly ten years and many return year after year. The house was built in the 1890s and retains a lot of period features, carefully preserved in a recent refurbishment.
We have recognition (A Green Dragon Award) for our commitment to maintaining the gloriously unspoilt environment of Mid Wales.
You are assured of a warm welcome and personal service. We are happy to help with suggestions for trips, recommendations for eateries etc and we`ll even lend the kids crabbing nets and buckets and spades.
